Dr. Toscha L. Dickerson is the founder and president of S.T.R.E.S.S.O.U.T.  She has been in the field of procurement and contracts for more than 17 years. Her experiences include consulting, project management, leadership, and business services. She believes that the key to a successful life is to keep the faith and to never stop learning.


She has obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Grambling State University. She has a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Southern University and she holds her Doctorate degree in Business Administration from Capella University.  Dr. Dickerson is an adjunct professor at Liberty University where she teaches and inspires students to reach their highest potential. 


Dr. Dickerson has worked for both the private and public sectors in which she has held multiple positions in procurement and leadership. Her desire along with her tenacious attitude for inspiring and encouraging others has led her to form this wonderful nonprofit organization. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with

A dedicated Human Resources professional with more than 15 years of comprehensive experience in a wide range of employee-focused roles. She has an exceptional coaching and consulting expertise. She combines this with her detail-oriented commitment towards excellence in employee relations, recruiting, and training.


She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Grambling State University and currently pursuing her Master’s degree of Science in Leadership specializing in Human Resources. In her free time, she enjoys watching suspenseful movies and spending time with her daughter.

Kimberly Dwin, Director of Financial Services

Kimberly has been in the field of Accounting for more than 15 years. She has experience in preparing the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR), individual and business tax returns, auditing, and financial services. Kimberly believes that a robust financial system is a key to continued success in business.


Kimberly has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Southeastern University and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Capella University. She has worked with government agencies and held multiple positions in the field of auditing and accounting. Kimberly’s experience spans over areas of leadership, special projects, and business acumen.


In her additional time, Kimberly is studying for her CPA. Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Kimberly is married with six children.

Tiphanie Dumas, Director of Communication Services

Tiphanie has been in the field of customer service for more than 20 years with experience in special projects, training, coaching, logistics and problem resolution. Tiphanie believes that Great Customer Service is key to business.


She has worked for Fortune 500 companies such as The Home Depot and Cox Communications. Tiphanie has completed numerous courses and seminars in customer service, sales, time management, leadership, interpersonal communication skills and administration.


In her spare time, Tiphanie is a photographer capturing life’s fondest memories. Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Tiphanie is a wife and mother of two girls.

Dr. Rasheeda Green,  Director of Education Services

Dr. Rasheeda Green has been an innovator and prolific educator for 19 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Grambling State University. She later pursued advanced educational studies in Elementary Education and Educational Administration from Indiana University. Dr. Green currently holds a Doctorate degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Oakland City University.


Dr. Green has been involved with and chaired a number of committees throughout her educational career. She has served in various leadership roles, led educational initiatives, and facilitated several education and leadership programs. In addition, she has played a critical role in many aspects of educational and professional development for new leaders, teachers, and parents. Dr. Green currently serves as a K-8 Principal in Indiana.


Dr. Rasheeda Green is the proud parent of one daughter; who she believes is her greatest accomplishment. In her spare time, she loves to shop, travel, read, and spend time with her family.



Shameka Hall, VP of Business Development

Shameka has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. She has worked with individuals to assist in overcoming difficulties and acquiring skills to achieve financial stability and restoring their credit history. Shameka’s extensive financial experience and knowledge ranges from understanding credit reports, bankruptcies, legal judgments, and written off accounts.


Shameka’s philosophy is to believe and understand the importance of financial stability by keeping our sight on financial goals and performing regular evaluations of our financial transactions. She is an advocate in educating clients in sound financial principles, overcoming financial indebtedness, and guiding clients in developing successful strategies for achieving their financial goals.


Currently, Shameka is a Credit Union Certified Financial Counselor. In her spare time, she enjoys finding new perspectives on the dynamics of saving money as well as spending time with her daughter.

Tracy Williams, LMSW, Director of Social Services

Tracy has worked in the field of Social Services for 10 years.  Tracy's strengths include her compassion for helping others, her active listening skills, as well as her critical thinking and creativity in assisting her patients with finding attainable resolves to their respective issues.  


Tracy earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston-Downtown and later obtained her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Houston-Main Campus.   In conjunction with her Master's, Tracy received her certification in Gerontology.


Tracy is currently an actively practicing Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Louisiana.  She facilitates therapeutic groups, addressing issues such as substance abuse, managing emotions, establishing boundaries and relapse prevention.  Tracy also renders individual counseling.  

      

                                                                       Tracy is currently receiving clinical supervision in an effort to become a Licensed                                                                               Clinical Social Worker and hopes to someday render therapy in her private practice.                                                                         In her personal time, Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband and her son, as                                                                           well as reading inspirational literature.
